1 Bet Malaysia Terms & Conditions – Official Terms of Use for Our Platform

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1 bet ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform 1 bet — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform 1 bet. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

2User Eligibility

Platform 1 bet is permitted for use only by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Use by any individual who does not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited and 1 bet reserves the right to terminate that account without notice.

• You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration. Underage users are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
• You must be in a jurisdiction where the use of the platform is 1 bet is legally valid.
• You must act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently declared bankrupt or subject to any insolvency proceedings.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee 1 bet or its business partners.

3Registration & Account Management

To access the full suite of services 1 bet, you are required to create an account by providing information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. 1 bet reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the platform only 1 bet. Owning more than one account ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• You must provide your full name, a valid email address, an active Malaysian phone number, and your exact date of birth during registration.
• It is your sole responsibility to keep your password and account login details confidential. 1 bet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
• You must notify 1 bet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Account sharing with any other individual is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

1 bet accepts deposits via multiple recognised payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. We do not accept foreign currencies.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities on the platform 1 bet.
• Each deposit must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 1 bet does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit fails to process, the funds will be returned to the original source within 3–5 business days.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions. 1 bet is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (for anti-money laundering purposes).
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX to a bank account are processed within 1–24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals requiring additional KYC verification may take up to 3 business days.
• 1 bet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

6General Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the platform 1 bet is subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each sport or casino game. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the system 1 bet. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specified circumstances.
• For football betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other leagues — the official results recognised by the respective governing body are final.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live match, 1 bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stakes to users.
• For esports betting (MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, CSGO), the official results issued by the tournament organiser are final.
• Bets placed using funds obtained unlawfully or through a restricted account will be voided.
• 1 bet reserves the right to limit or decline any bet without providing a reason.

7Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

1 bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be stated at the time the promotion is announced.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only, upon registration and first deposit. Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. These requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• 1 bet reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Promotions have a specified validity period. Any bonus not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses ("bonus abuse") will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and termination of the accounts involved.

8Prohibited Conduct & Abuse

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any conduct that may compromise the integrity of the platform 1 bet, harm other users, or violate any applicable laws. Breach of any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9Account Termination & Suspension

Neither you nor 1 bet reserves the right to terminate this agreement and close accounts under certain conditions.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team 1 bet. Any eligible balance will be returned following verification.
• 1 bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8.
• If your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, all bonus balances will be forfeited. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon completion of the investigation.
• Users who have applied for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme will not be permitted to reactivate their accounts during the exclusion period.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1 bet shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to the following.

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes — betting involves risk, and results are either random or dependent on actual sporting outcomes.
• Loss of access to the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses caused by internet disruption, device failure, or technical faults beyond the control of 1 bet.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

11Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform 1 bet — including logos, designs, software, databases, text, graphics, images, and code — are the exclusive property of 1 bet or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content 1 bet without prior written consent.
• The name "1 bet" and all associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use constitutes a violation of trademark law.
• Any software or tools used to access or interfere with the system 1 bet is prohibited and may expose you to legal action.

12Contact Us & Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding the Terms & Conditions 1 bet or the operation of our platform, please reach out to our team through the channels below. We are committed to handling every complaint fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through standard customer support, you may file a formal complaint via email. 1 bet is committed to resolving all disputes fairly within 14 business days from the date a formal complaint is received. Should a dispute remain unresolved, it will be referred to a recognised alternative dispute resolution body.
